Chemsex Freedom™

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Who we are

Chemsex Freedom™ is operated by Autonomous Psychotherapy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Kansas, United States.

For privacy enquiries, requests to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdrawal of marketing consent, please contact: chemsexfreedom@gmail.com

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only: your use of chemsexfreedom.com, including the free workbook request, and the website analytics described below.

Purchases of the Chemsex Freedom™ programme are completed on Kajabi, a separate platform with its own terms and privacy policy. Information you give to Kajabi — such as payment and account details — is governed by Kajabi's policies, not this one. The separate Reality Check assessment is also outside the scope of this policy.

What we collect when you request the workbook

When you request the free workbook, we collect:

  • your email address;
  • the date and time of your request;
  • a note that the request came from the Free Guide page;
  • if you tick the optional marketing box, a separate record of your consent, the exact wording you agreed to, and when you agreed.

The form does not ask for your name, and it does not collect any answers to the workbook questions or any assessment answers. The workbook is a PDF you download and complete privately.

How your information is stored and who can access it

Workbook requests and marketing consents are stored as two separate records in Lovable Cloud, the database service that runs this website.

Access to these records is restricted at the database level: public and anonymous access is denied entirely, and the records can be reached only through the website's own server-side systems, which use a restricted access key, and by the site owner.

Marketing emails

Requesting the workbook does not subscribe you to marketing. You receive the workbook whether or not you tick the marketing box, and the box is unticked by default.

If you tick the box, your consent is recorded — but no marketing emails are currently being sent, because the marketing email system is not yet connected. Before any marketing emails begin, this policy will be updated. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing chemsexfreedom@gmail.com, and once marketing emails begin, by using the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Services that receive information

  • Lovable hosts this website and stores workbook requests and consent records (Lovable Cloud).
  • Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. Until you accept — and if you reject — it does not load and sets no cookies. If you accept, it measures how the website is used — for example page views and whether the workbook form was submitted or the PDF downloaded — and may set cookies on your device and receive technical details such as your device, browser and approximate location. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
  • Google Fonts provides the website's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.

Your workbook request is not currently sent to Kajabi or any email service. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.

How long we keep your information

If you did not tick the marketing box, your workbook request is automatically deleted twelve months after you made it. A scheduled daily cleanup removes these records.

If you ticked the marketing box, your request and your consent record are kept while your consent remains active, so that we can demonstrate that consent was given. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your information, we remove both records.

A note on the personal nature of this subject

We recognise that Chemsex is a deeply personal subject. The workbook form collects only an email address, and nothing you write in the workbook itself is ever sent to us.

Please avoid including sensitive personal details when you email us. Ordinary email is not a fully secure channel, and we do not promise confidentiality beyond the safeguards described in this policy.

Your choices and rights

You can email chemsexfreedom@gmail.com at any time to:

  • withdraw your marketing consent;
  • ask what information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete your information.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights, such as the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date above.
