It is a structured 90-day programme for men who want to better understand and reframe their relationship with chems.

Chemsex Freedom™ is not a substitute for medical assessment, medically supervised detoxification or other appropriate clinical care.

If you believe you may be physically dependent, require detoxification or have concerns about stopping or reducing substance use safely, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional.

Where appropriate, Chemsex Freedom™ may be used alongside professional care, but decisions about medical treatment or detoxification should be made with the healthcare professionals responsible for that care.

You do not have to be perfect to participate in Chemsex Freedom™.

If you return to chems, struggle with an old pattern or make a decision you later question, the programme encourages you to become curious about what happened rather than simply judging yourself for it.

If life gets busy or you need more time with part of the programme, you can return to the material and continue at a pace that works for your life.

Most participants should allow around 30 minutes each day for the daily video and guided workbook exercises.

Some days may take a little less time and others may invite you to spend longer reflecting.

The aim is not to rush through the material. It is to give yourself enough time to engage honestly with what comes up.

There are no group meetings, community sessions or required check-ins.

Day 90 marks the end of the structured Chemsex Freedom™ journey, but not the end of your access.

Your 90-day journey unfolds day by day, and you’ll have 12 months’ access from purchase to revisit the videos, workbook and programme materials whenever you need them.

During that time you can return to videos, revisit exercises and repeat parts of the programme that are particularly useful to you.

If you would like individual support after your original 90 days, additional Private Consultations may be purchased for $300 USD per 50 minutes, subject to Justin’s availability and location eligibility.

During your 12 months of programme access, you can return to previously released programme materials and repeat videos or exercises that you find particularly useful.

Private Consultations are booked through an online calendar.

Justin’s consultation availability is released regularly, and eligible participants can choose from the appointments available.

Specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

When you use them is up to you.

You might want support with something the programme has brought up, a pattern you have noticed, a difficult decision, something happening in your relationships or work, or simply another perspective on what you are experiencing.

Silver includes four Private Consultations during the original 90-day programme. A beginning / Day 30 / Day 60 / Day 90 rhythm is suggested, but it is not required.

Gold includes thirteen Private Consultations during the original 90-day programme. Approximately one per week is suggested, but this is also a recommendation rather than a fixed schedule.

Use the consultations at the points when they feel most useful to you, subject to availability.

Yes, where availability allows.

The suggested consultation rhythms are recommendations rather than fixed schedules.

If you feel that more than one conversation would be useful during a particular week, you may book from the appointments available.

Silver and Gold consultations are intended to be used during your original 90-day Chemsex Freedom™ programme period.

Unused included consultations are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for programme credit.

If Justin’s own availability prevents you from using an included consultation within your original 90-day period, arrangements can be made for that consultation to take place afterwards.

Yes.

Additional Private Consultations are available for $300 USD per 50 minutes, subject to Justin’s availability and location eligibility.

Yes, where the higher level of support remains available and you meet the location eligibility requirements for Private Consultations.

Bronze participants may upgrade to Silver or Gold, and Silver participants may upgrade to Gold, subject to availability and eligibility.

Upgrading does not restart your original 90-day programme period.

Chemsex Freedom™ itself is available internationally.

Private Consultations are available in selected locations because professional and jurisdictional requirements differ between countries and, in some cases, between states or regions.

For that reason, eligibility for Private Consultations is confirmed according to where you are located.

This allows individual support alongside the programme to be offered appropriately and within the professional requirements that apply.

Before purchasing Silver or Gold, you will be asked to confirm your location.

If Private Consultations are currently available where you live, you will be able to continue with your chosen level of support.

If they are not currently available in your location, you can still participate fully in Chemsex Freedom™ through Bronze.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Private Consultation, you must provide at least seven days’ written notice for the consultation not to be charged or counted as used.

With at least seven days’ written notice, your consultation may be rebooked for a date that works better for you, subject to Justin’s availability.

Late cancellations and changes made with less than seven days’ written notice are not eligible for rescheduling and the consultation will be charged or counted as used.

ILLNESS

We understand that illness can happen unexpectedly. Each participant is therefore allowed one illness-related late cancellation during their original 90-day programme period.

If illness prevents you from attending a consultation and you are unable to provide seven days’ notice, contact Justin as soon as possible. Your first illness-related late cancellation may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

After this one illness exception has been used, any further consultation cancelled with less than seven days’ notice — including because of illness — will be charged or counted as used at the standard Private Consultation rate of $300 USD.

JUSTIN’S AVAILABILITY

If Justin needs to reschedule a consultation, the participant will not lose that consultation.

If Justin’s own availability prevents an included Silver or Gold consultation from taking place within the participant’s original 90-day programme period, that consultation may be scheduled after Day 90.

Chemsex Freedom™ is priced and charged in US dollars (USD).

You have 14 days from the date and time of purchase to decide whether Chemsex Freedom™ is right for you.

If you decide within that period that it is not right for you, your programme fee is refundable.

Any Private Consultation time already used is non-refundable and will be deducted at $300 USD per consultation from the amount refunded.

Your 14-day period begins from the date and time your Chemsex Freedom™ purchase is completed.

If an instalment payment is unsuccessful, access to Chemsex Freedom™ may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been successfully completed.

The original programme access period continues to run during a payment suspension.
