No. You do not have to stop using chems before you start Chemsex Freedom™.
The programme is designed to help you understand and reframe your relationship with chems. What you ultimately decide you want that relationship to look like is up to you.
Chemsex Freedom™ gives you structure, questions and tools to help you understand what is happening and make more informed choices about what you want to change.
No.
You don’t have to decide that you have a problem, adopt a label or arrive with a predetermined goal.
You only need to be curious about what, if anything, you might want to change in your life.
Chemsex Freedom™ leaves the responsibility for change with you.
That’s okay.
Chemsex Freedom™ does not require you to decide your destination before you begin.
Part of the programme is exploring your relationship with chems, understanding what they are doing for you, recognising what may be getting in the way of change and considering what you want moving forward.
If you would like additional support thinking through these questions, you may also choose to speak with an appropriately qualified mental-health professional where you live. Chemsex Freedom™ can be used alongside therapy you already have.

Chemsex Freedom™ dedicates a significant part of the programme to sex, desire, pleasure and intimacy — not to remove them, but to help you explore what they can become when chems no longer define them.
No programme can promise a particular outcome for you individually. What Chemsex Freedom™ offers is a structured way to explore the question honestly and at your own pace.

Chemsex Freedom™ is not therapy, psychotherapy or addiction treatment.
It is a 90-day programme offering step-by-step guidance for men who want to better understand and reframe their relationship with chems.
Chemsex Freedom™ is not a substitute for medical assessment, medically supervised detoxification or other appropriate clinical care.
If you believe you may be physically dependent, require detoxification or have concerns about stopping or reducing substance use safely, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified medical professional.
Where appropriate, Chemsex Freedom™ may be used alongside professional care, but decisions about medical treatment or detoxification should be made with the healthcare professionals responsible for that care.
You do not have to be perfect to participate in Chemsex Freedom™.
Change is rarely a perfectly straight line.
If you return to chems, struggle with an old pattern or make a decision you later question, the programme encourages you to become curious about what happened rather than simply judging yourself for it.

Chemsex Freedom™ is structured as a 90-day journey, but you have access to the programme for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If life gets busy or you need more time with part of the programme, you can return to the material and continue at a pace that works for your life.
You do not need to abandon the programme simply because you missed a day.
Most participants should allow around 30 minutes each day for the daily video and guided workbook exercises.
Some days may take a little less time and others may invite you to spend longer reflecting.
The aim is not to rush through the material. It is to give yourself enough time to engage honestly with what comes up.

Privacy, Access & The 90 Days
How the programme fits your life.
Yes.
Chemsex Freedom™ was deliberately designed to be completed privately.
Your journal responses stay with you. Write your answers privately in your own notes or print the journals to complete them. You are not asked to enter or submit your confidential journal responses online. Sharing anything with your therapist is entirely your choice.
There are no group meetings, community sessions or required check-ins.
You work through the programme in the privacy of your own home and life, on your own schedule.
Yes.
A partner, friend or family member may purchase Chemsex Freedom™ for you.
They can pay for the programme. What you choose to do with the programme remains your responsibility.
Your programme access is for your individual use. You may show or privately share relevant completed exercises and personal reflections with your own treating therapist to support your work together. Doing so is entirely optional.
This does not permit sharing your login, distributing the full workbook or videos, or giving others access to the programme.
The programme and its materials are protected intellectual property.
Day 90 marks the end of the structured Chemsex Freedom™ journey, but not the end of your access.
Your 90-day journey unfolds day by day, and you’ll have 12 months’ access from purchase to revisit the videos, workbook and programme materials whenever you need them.
During that time you can return to videos, revisit exercises and repeat parts of the programme that are particularly useful to you.
Yes.
During your 12 months of programme access, you can return to previously released programme materials and repeat videos or exercises that you find particularly useful.
Payment, Refunds & Getting Started

Chemsex Freedom™ is priced and charged in US dollars (USD).
You have 14 days from the date and time of purchase to decide whether Chemsex Freedom™ is right for you.
If you decide within that period that it isn’t right for you, request a full refund of your programme purchase within that period.
Your 14-day period begins from the date and time your Chemsex Freedom™ purchase is completed.
If an instalment payment is unsuccessful, access to Chemsex Freedom™ may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been successfully completed.
The original programme access period continues to run during a payment suspension.
Chemsex Freedom™ is one complete programme: $495 USD paid once, or 3 monthly payments of $165 USD (totalling $495).
